EBCU to host seminar on Beer Consumer Trends 2025

The European Beer Consumers’ Union (EBCU) is delighted to announce an upcoming seminar titled: “Rising Costs, Rising Expectations: Beer Consumer Trends 2025 – Environment, Transparency, and Well-being.” The event will take place on 24 April 2025, from 14:00 onwards, at the Confederazione Italiana Agricoltori (CIA) on Rue Philippe Le Bon 46 in Brussels, followed by a networking reception.

Addressing beer consumer challenges and opportunities

As production costs rise and inflation poses new challenges for the brewing sector, the seminar aims to shed light on how the beer industry can adapt while still championing affordability, health, and sustainability. Key discussion topics include:

• Environment & Sustainability: Innovative approaches to minimize the ecological footprint of beer production.
• Transparency & Labeling: Why honest, accessible product information matters to today’s beer consumers.
• Rising Costs & Inflation: Strategies and insights on keeping beer affordable without compromising quality or consumer well-being.
