We are saddened to learn of the passing of Theo Flissebaalje from the Netherlands. Theo was a long-standing supporter of EBCU and served for many years as a member of the EBCU Executive, working alongside his compatriot and colleague Jos Brouwer.

Theo was also a respected international beer judge, known for his sharp palate and thoughtful evaluations. He had a particular passion for Belgian beers and a deep appreciation of brewing traditions.

His quiet dedication, warm presence, and expertise will be missed by all who knew him. Above all, he will be deeply missed by his family.
